Focusrite Scarlett Solo Gen3 er et 24 bit/192 kHz USB-lydkort med én mikrofonforsterker og én instrument/linje inngang. På frontpanelet finnes en hodetelefonutgang, mens det på baksiden er to stk balanserte jackutganger.

Mikrofoninngangen har knapper for +48V fantommating og "Air". Når sistnevnte er aktivert, innkobles en analog krets som emulerer lyden i Rupert Neves ISA-design. Prøv den på alle kilder du ønsker langt fremme i miksen, som vokal og akustisk gitar!

Lydkortet strømforsynes via den medfølgende USB Type C-kabelen. Forsinkelsesfri innspilling løses enkelt via en "Direct Monitor" knapp.

Mikrofonen som følger med er en elektret kondensator med kardioidekarakteristikk. Hodetelefonen er av lukket type, for å minimere lekkasje til mikrofonen.

Produktregistreringen er svært intuitiv, med en "quickstart guide" som tar deg gjennom alle leddene i prosessen.
